Single girder low headroom overhead cranes are designed to aid with a range of hoisting and moving operations.
When properly designed, they will enhance daily production and provide an ideal solution for facilities and operations with limited floor and overhead space that need a light to medium duty crane.

They can be integrated into the building design, saving costs on the runway structure. The hoist trolley can go underneath the runway, providing the best end approach, and the low headroom design, especially with notched bridge beams, takes advantage of the runway depth.

Single girder bridge cranes are one of the most cost-effective lifting solutions because they are easier to install and maintain. Because they only require one bridge beam, they are more compact and lighter than a double girder crane, saving you money on materials, freight, installation, and maintenance.

Direct Driving design with high transmission efficiency. Using hollow tube for the steel housing. Wheel material is alloy steel with proper heat treatment which is more stable and durable.

Festoon System:

Demarco single girder overhead crane include a lot of protection functions, like Overheat protection for the lifting, load cell type overload limit switch, up&down position limit switch, cross limit switch for the cross travel and long travel. Anti-corrosive Treatment:

Use polyurethane topcoat for the finished layer coating. All DEMARCO painters are trained or inspected by NACE or FROSIO level II Inspector
